Bùth Bharraigh is a social enterprise which provides goods and services to the communities of Barra and Vatersay and visitors to the islands.
It is a route to market for locally produced products and also sells wholefoods, craft materials, books, maps and more. It runs the Visitor Information Service for Barra and Vatersay and an accommodation finding service. Other services it provides includes a laundry, refillery, printing & copying, bike and golf club hire and free WiFi.
The main objectives of Bùth Bharraigh are to provide opportunities for local people and to keep money in the local economy.
