Dance for Life

About 

Join a Dance for Life Session, live on Zoom, where you'll experience the joy of dance and exercising to music while reaping both physical and mental health benefits.

What to Expect:

  • Dance moves from Latin, ballet/barre, tap etc.

  • Increased muscle strength, mobility, resistance exercises and balance

  • Improved coordination and rhythm

  • Mindful breathing to reduce stress and anxiety

This session is for anyone who wants to improve their fitness through dance and moving to music.

All fitness levels welcome with variations shown for different abilities including seated.

Come along and trial a few sessions!

Janice also runs Dance for Life (Health) a class suitable for everyone but of particular benefit for people living with neuromuscular and/or mobility conditions, e.g. Parkinson’s, MS.

The dance style is similar to the previously mentioned class but taken at a slower pace and with more attention to coordination moves.

All classes currently on Zoom. Private and small group sessions can be arranged on request.
