The business is operated from family owned properties as a limited company. It is run by it's founder, Andrew Pearson who had to take early retirement from his medical career following a serious head injury in 2015. The taproom and bottle shops are staffed by 7 part time individuals. They are now at an advanced stage of creating a microbrewery which will become involved in a range of collaborative and experimental brews. The business model is of interest to many parties, leading to development opportunities in due course.
